Our Returns Policy
As all items are made-to-order for our customers upon order, and not pre-made as such, therefore once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded for simply a change of mind. Please ask any questions before purchase if you are unsure, we are more than happy to assist you. Colours may vary slightly from each screen and monitor.
Free Reprint Guarantee
We will reprint your item, if goods are delivered faulty, been damaged in transit (by courier), or appearing vastly different from how we describe in the listing on the website.
Although delivery damages are exceedingly rare, on those occasions where accidents do happen, we will urgently rectify the issue for you by organising a free reprint. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery of the goods with the following:
Your Full Name
Your Order Number
Your Email used to make the purchase.
A description and photos of the item the packaging and the carton to show damage and/or the issue, so we can discuss it with you.
Please do not throw out the box carton or tube, this is how we would get the goods sent back to us should there be any damage incurred in transit to you. All returns (due only to damage or incorrect item that arrived to you) that we have authorised as a return must be sent back to us using returns label we will supply you.
Please note: if your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you and you will be liable for the return postage cost. This also is the case for any goods returned to us without pre-authorisation and return approval.
E-Gift cards do not have an expiry date, and are non-refundable once purchased.
Warranty Of Our Products
All our products are quality controlled before we dispatch - we pride ourselves on selling quality products. We offer a 12-month product warranty on all framed items only (not unframed art prints). Please note, we are not liable for any misuse of the products, and only accept returns if they meet our Returns Policy listed above.
Please note, all of our art prints are not intended for use in direct sunlight or will risk fading. We take no responsibility if you hang your artwork in direct bright sunlight. Hanging prints in areas where water damage could occur also is not recommended due to potential damage risk.
For our framed art prints we use shatterproof high-quality plexiglass, please do not use chemical cleaners or similar that may damage the surface. Use a dry or slightly damp cloth (with water) with no chemicals when cleaning.
Please note: we will update our FAQ and Shipping information pages if any production disruptions or delays are occurring due to COVID restrictions - please note, should there be a halting of production entirely, due to any Government restrictions, we will endeavour to get orders out to customers as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding in this time if your order is affected.
