Where are your prints printed and framed?
At Tiny Art Club, all orders from Australia and New Zealand are created and printed in Melbourne, Australia. For our customers outside these countries, we partner with carefully chosen local fine art printing labs to serve our worldwide customers faster. This allows us to offer our prints worldwide while ensuring fast shipping times. Our orders are framed by skilled professionals, using only the finest gallery-quality frames and papers.
What are your frames made of?
Our frames are available in Black, White or Natural.
As we use natural, sustainable wood for all our frames, please note they may come with naturally occurring knots and crevasses that are to be expected from natural wood. It adds to our products' beauty and handmade nature.
Tiny Art Club frames are gallery quality, sustainably sourced, and made to order from genuine timber mouldings. They have a 20mm wide profile and are 23mm in depth. Your framed print is professionally printed, glued, and fitted into the custom-made frame and will last for years to come. All our frames feature child-safe plexiglass (the gallery-grade kind, not the crappy cheap type). They arrive ready to hang upon delivery.
What kind of quality are your prints?
Tiny Art Club art prints are comparable to gallery-quality prints. They're available either as a print (unframed) option or a framed ready-to-hang option.
We make all our prints to order on a quality 200gsm matte finish (not glossy) white fine art paper using eco-archival inks. We have a range of sizes available to choose from, so you have many options for your tiny ones' walls!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All our prints are made to order and have varying production times. To get a better idea of the specifics, please refer to our shipping and delivery information.
In case you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your options.
How do I know the status of my order?
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is in production. Production times vary depending on the product.
Unframed Prints: Dispatch in 2-5 working days
Framed Prints: Dispatch in 4-7 working days
Custom Unframed Prints: Dispatch in 4-7 working days
Custom Framed Prints: Dispatch in 7-10 working days
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order is dispatched.
How much will shipping be?
All our prints include free shipping for orders over $100 within Australia; this is a tracked shipping service. For orders under $100, standard tracked shipping is $9.95
International orders incur a fee and are also shipped via a tracked shipping service - Get in touch if you would like us to quote you for international shipping location we don't offer.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, The United Kingdom, Ireland, France and The United States.
Please, get in touch if you would like us to quote you for international shipping to another country.
Once I have placed my order, can I change it OR edit the shipping details?
Once an order is placed, it is sent to our printer right away, so generally, once it is placed, we likely cannot change it as we may have started production!
However, feel free to email us to check if it is possible. If you ever need to edit your shipping details, just let us know. For all our items, we ask you to put a Shipping Address, e.g. place of business or somewhere where someone is there to receive during business hours Monday to Friday.
Unfortunately, we cannot specify an exact window for the courier, so please keep an eye on your tracking number. Business workplace addresses are preferred where someone is there to sign for the package within business hours.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Our website uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and encryption technology to ensure any sensitive information entered during your transaction is secure.
