Shipping & Delivery

Welcome to Tiny Art Club; we pride ourselves in being one of the leading online children's print stores. We are proudly Australian owned, designed and made.

Shipping destinations:

  • All Tiny Art Club products can be shipped to Australia, New Zealand, France, Ireland, United Kingdom and the United States.

*If you are in another region not listed, please get in touch with us, and we can quote you for delivery.


Shipping times:
Due to the nature of hand framing and printing to order, we allocate 2 business days for unframed prints and up to 5 business days for framed prints to be produced before it is shipped to you. 

**Please note that custom artworks require an additional 2 business days for design. 

Once your order is ready and shipped, it can take between 4 – 7 business days to reach you, depending on your location.

** These times are based on most metropolitan areas. Please understand rural towns and areas may take longer and third-party carrier delays are out of our control.

**Also note at peak times such as December (pre-Christmas), there may be a delay due to Christmas peak delivery times.

Shipping cost:

  • Unframed prints and Framed prints have free shipping within Australia; this is a tracked shipping service. International orders incur a fee and are also shipped via a tracked shipping service.

Production & shipping information:
We hand frame and print all our art to order. We work with printers in Australia, The United States and The United Kingdom to offer global shipping - This limits our waste, and we only use sustainably sourced paper and wood to make all our art prints. We use rigid, double-wall corrugated cardboard boxes, ensuring maximum protection of your new prints.

E-Gift card voucher:
We sell e-gift cards that are instant and perfect for gifting someone so that they can select a print they love. Our gift cards are digital and have no expiry date to use or redeem on our website. Shop instant electronic

Do I receive tracking information once I place an order? 
Absolutely! We will advise your tracking number and carrier info once your order is dispatched. Got any other questions? Simply send us a contact form message, or email us.

 

Once I have placed my order, can I change it OR edit the shipping details?
Once an order is placed, it is sent to our printer right away, so generally, once it is placed, we likely cannot change it as we may have started production!


However, feel free to email us to check if it is possible to do so. If you ever need to edit your shipping details, just let us know. For all our items, we ask you to put a Shipping Address, e.g. place of business or somewhere where someone is there to receive during business hours Monday to Friday. 


Unfortunately, we cannot specify an exact window for the courier, so please keep an eye on your tracking number. Business workplace addresses are preferred where someone is there to sign for the package within business hours.
