All our prints are made to order and have varying production times.

Unframed Prints: Dispatch in 2 – 4 business days
Framed Prints: Dispatch in 4 – 6 business days
Personalised Unframed Prints: Dispatch in 4 – 6 business days
Personalised Framed Prints: Dispatch in 5 – 7 business days

Orders are shipped via Aramex Couriers or Australia Post from our printer in Melbourne. Depending on your location, under normal circumstances, your order will arrive within 2 – 5 business days from the date of dispatch for metro areas and a little longer for rural. You will receive a shipping email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

The above times are a guide only and not a guarantee your order will arrive within a set time frame. There may be delays with shipping providers during peak delivery times (Nov – Dec) or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Unfortunately, we cannot specify an exact window for the courier, so please keep an eye on your tracking number. Business workplace addresses are preferred where someone is there to sign for the package within business hours.

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is in production. Production times vary depending on the product.

All our prints (in AU) are made and printed to order in Melbourne. We partner with professional framers who hand-frame every order. This limits our waste, and we only use sustainably sourced paper and wood to make all our art prints. We use rigid, double-wall corrugated cardboard boxes, ensuring maximum protection of your new prints.

If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is applied only to the product's price and not the shipping cost. Any free shipping offers refer to standard AU delivery only.

Once an order is placed, it is sent to our printer right away, so generally, once it is placed, we likely cannot change it as we may have started production!

However, feel free to email us to check if it is possible – If you ever need to edit your shipping details, just let us know. For all our items, we ask you to put a Shipping Address, e.g. place of business or somewhere where someone is there to receive during business hours, Monday to Friday.
